Okay, I need to go touch grass cause I was thinking of a different ATM 
So you can get cash easily. Spa's charge some BS 10% fee if you use a credit card so cash is always preferable. Also, be mindful of whether you want suspicious transactions appearing on your card statements or not... I recommend showing up with adequate cash on hand.

Another way to stay discreet is to find spas that accept credit card.
You can purchase pre-paid visas at gas stations. With high gas prices and depending on what you drive it just looks like you’re purchasing gas.
