My search has been geared towards high end digs with a hot tub/soaker tub in the bedroom.
The hot tub seems to be an issue. There is a lack of them.
I may have to lower my standards (for digs, not playmates) and accept roomy, seperate bedroom, 2 bathrooms and no hot tub. Waaaaaaah.
I will say this as well. We do not have any commitments from Vancouver locals. Calgary and Edmonton and Saskatoon so far are "for sures".
We could do this in another city if we could find decent digs there.
Maybe you will all end up coming to Saskatoon after all!!!!!

The city it will be held in is still undecided. I was hoping for Vancouver (who wouldn't want to go to Vancouver for the weekend/night?) but I think the best thing to do at this point is decide among ourselves (when we have everyone on board) what city to meet in. Still may be Vancouver but possibly Calgary or Edmonton.
And I certainly do not mind putting it off as long as we have to to make it a success and worth everyone's while.
We'll also decide among ourselves how long a duration we'd all best enjoy (12 hours, 20 hours, 24...)
Commitment is a big issue, which I understand. I do have some serious interest. Just hammering out the where and the when and the last of the "who's".
Once we decide on a city, I will look further into an appropriate suite(s).
The key is flexibility with all involved. We will make sure there is enough notice to plan for those who will be travelling.
We have a few for sures and could still use a couple more.
If I told you which fine lady from Edmonton is commited, who I will be nude with in a soaker tub (with any luck) and fondling, we'd have all the guys lining up their faves so that they can share in the smorgasborg!
I understand it may be important for men to know what ladies will be there. I am not at liberty to disclose if in fact said lady does not want it known.(Until such time as we are all commited and then it will be shared among the lucky participants.)
Having said that, if you're in, feel free to yell it from the rooftops or even post it here.

Expectated Donations.
This does not have to be a touchy subject.
For those that have asked (and asked again) what to charge/donate...
First of all, it depends entirely on how many hours are involved.
At this point there are many different scenarios due to the fact that the location is still TBA and the duration is still TBA.
I will use myself as an example in varying circumstances.
1) The party is in Saskatoon (but it won't be). I am from Saskatoon and will attend with John who is also from Saskatoon. The party is at such and such hotel and we are commited to 12 hours. It's simple. I charge John my 12 hour rate. We arrive to the party together and leave together after 12 hours. He goes home. I go home.
1a) Same as above but 24 hours. He pays my 24 hour rate.
2) The party is in Vancouver. I attend with (the same) John. We decide since we are travelling this far we will make a weekend out of it. He has paid for my flights. We spend the entire weekend together, say from noon on Friday until 6 pm on Sunday. He pays me my weekend rate. We attend the party (at a different or the same hotel we are staying in) together as part of our "all inclusive" weekend together.
2a) Same as "2" but in Calgary or Edmonton.
3) The party is in Edmonton. I come with John who is also from Saskatoon. We fly to Edmonton. He pays for my flight. The party is set to last 12 hours. John and I have decided not to make an extended date out of it but to simply attend the party. The party commitment is 12 hours. He pays me for the full duration of my time with him. We fly there for 2 hours, party for 12, fly home for 2 more. Bingo, 16 hours, bought and paid for.
3a) Same as "3" but in Calgary.
4) The 12 hour party is in Edmonton or Calgary and we decide to make a 24 hour date of it. John pays me my 24 hour "all inclusive" rate and we attend the party as part of that. We leave Saskatoon at noon, arrive at the party for a 2 pm start, party, leave the party at 2 am (after 12 hours), go back to our hotel, do whatever, leave the hotel for home the next morning, arrive home at noon.
5)There is a possibility that the party will begin one afternoon, go into the late night, participants will retire elsewhere for the night with their original date, and the party will resume again the next morning for several hours until it's time to kiss goodbye. Again, a different rate structure unless of course the SP has been compensated for the weekend, in which case all of the "party hours" will be taken care of.
6) If the sp and client are not from the same city. I'm sure you all can figure it out.
IF this will be held OUTSIDE your city:
My best suggestion is this. Do this with a lady/client you want to spend a weekend with. Pay her her "weekend rate" and enjoy the time together. Attend the party as a couple for the said amount of hours, as part of your weekend date.
IF this will be held IN your city:
Your choices are simpler. If all the 2 of you want to do is attend the party, attend for the said number of hours and pay your lady her corresponding rate.
See example #1.
For those interested sp's who do not have an extended hour rate plan, I would suggest browsing some of the escort webpages to see what the going rates are. From what I have read an overnight date varies from 1000 - 2400 and beyond. And there are others who charge a rate of 300/hour with no discounts for multiple hours.
I am not comfortable suggesting to any lady what she should charge to be at this party. I do hope that it ends up being fair to all parties involved.
We do all understand that all the women will play amongst themselves in a common area and all the men are entitled to some time alone with each SP of his choosing, in a private room.
***I initially assumed that most of the interest to attend this party would come from SPs/clients who were familiar with eachother enough to have perhaps already spent this amount of time together and would therefore be familiar with the expected donation.***
BOTTOM LINE
Because some of us will be travelling and others not and some of us spending more time with the client/sp outside of the actual party hours and some of us not, the donations are an individual agreement for each couple.
