there has to be a discussion where she acknowledges how her actions left you feeling neglected and hurt, and tells you how she will do things differently in the future to avoid causing you that kind of pain
.. or if you aren't looking for a life long relationship built on a foundation of trust and respect.. you could ask yourself "would i like to fuck this woman today, or did I work it out of my system in the month that it took before she returned my interest?"

Some of those options seem pretty vindictive/bitter so I'd suggest just moving on.
Heck it's not like I get pissed when I get a referral to a dermatologist, dont hear from them for 6 weeks then get told my appt will be in another 4 weeks. It's a business, and a busy one, accept it or go somewheres else.

Man, 7of9...you really got to talk to a professional about some of that deep anger. May be part of what's hurting your relationship with your wife. I'm really not trying to be an asshole, and I don't mean it like that.....but you could use some help in putting those chickens to roost....
Reason is that your post, though somewhat related to the subject here, is full of lots of pain and deep darkness. How do I know? Been there, done that, got the tshirt and the bumper sticker....and came out on the otherside with a lot of help. Don't let that shit drag you down, no matter how old it is. And the older it is, the heavier it is to move out. I bet your wife misses who you were a long time ago....do it slow, but you have to face some of that dark.
