SP media charges

Who else was charged by SP media , I was charged twice on May 15 (

Everyone check their CC statements if you ever used a card to pay.

I lucked out and lost my card that I previously used with SP Media a couple months ago and got a new one with new number. Dodged a bullet there :faint:

Call your CC company right away, tell them to reverse charges & block SP Media from further payments. If whoever answers the phone for Visa or MC isn't helpful, just hang up & keep calling back till you talk to someone who helps..thats what I did. By now so many people have called in, they should already know SPMedia is up to no good. The downside is I was told I have to wait 6-8weeks for the reversal

Did you get a fraud file number from Visa, or something ladies can refer to when they call?

Ok, it was you I saw the thread about it. I couldn't find it.
I talked to the fraud department right away, I will only deal with them. Right now the charges pending so they can't do anything about it yet, it has to go through first. How stupid ???!!

About a year ago I was confused with some LeoList charges. Luckily their support team explained everything promptly, I just sent them a copy of my CC statement. I really really recommend contacting the suspicious website first, at least in my case it turned out to be a confusion on my end.

Got my new Visa bill today and SP Media has charged me 10 transactions!! Just wondering if their maybe have been a fraud file number??

Gerri , cancel your card and make them issue another one for you. They charged me again on May 21st, my mc company can't put a block on them, they will keep on charging you you can't do much about it.

I was charged also and cancelled my cc today..they charged me 6 times...they guy told me 4-6 weeks but i guess we dont have to worry with the quantity of plaintif so far they will refund. I'm not paying the amount they took anyway!
i Have 6 dispute numbers for all the transactions...but its not a single fraud number! they have to disute all single charges...
