Question. So one of my ATFs has gone into a scuffled and has been incarcerated to face some jail-time. Will my communication with her come back to haunt me?

Does she know your real persona?

I don't think you have anything to worry about. I'm not sure what you are specifically concerned about, but they aren't going to care about her clients (unless she is a minor etc.)

If it was a serious crime (more along the lines of a felony than a 'scuffle'), then you may be questioned, but it won't be about getting you in trouble. As long as you aren't involved in whatever she is in jail for, they really won't be interested in you.

You are lucky to have this happen to you in Canada and not in the USA. The police will go to great lenghts to bust patrons of providers including investigating online activity. In Seattle the online scene is pratically dead with the only resolve being a few streetwalkers or a drive up to Vancouver as the choice. I dont trust the few remaining online providers here to me its too much of a risk being busted in a sting.

uh oh, it could be someone that we (or I) have seen too. Perhaps we would all be questioned. If not, don't worry about it

What was the crime though?

As Lady said, if the girl is a minor they might check her history and find you. But also murder is another reason to check histories too, as the cops would need to make a detailed account of her events, and if she serviced you before killing someone else and she has records on her phone, they'll probably speak to you to see if your were a part of any pre-meditation when solving the motive.

If it's just simple assault, then I think there's nothing to worry about, since they'll only worry about what happened in the moment, and not the circumstances days/weeks ago.

it was second degree murder, it was covered pretty well by the local news and it happened at the incall she was hosting at. with the last number she was using before it was reported I did try to set up a date but our schedules never hashed out because of my schedule being off.

@the Meat Market!!!lol
no chance of contact by police, this was not related to sex work even though the confrontation took place in a brothel. the VPD are not interested in sex work related activities providing there was no exploitation involved. a client MIGHT be contacted in regard to exploitation if the police were desperate to find witnesses or intel on the exploiters or the workers being exploited. otherwise, you have nothing to worry about.

also, as i recall this incident took place last november. if they were going to contact you, it would have already happened. it's been over a year, so you are definitely in the clear.

Anyone know the sentence she got! What's a life worth nowadays, couple months, suspended sentence?

With this social media generation you can see pictures of her online. What a damn shame, such a young cute little spinner with her whole life ahead of her. Hopefully she doesn't come out a hardened criminal and uses her time wisely to improve herself. She's still young enough to turn her life around.

Not to blame the victim but it sounded like self defense as she was being attacked first. But she needs to be smart enough to not put herself in situations by associating with toxic drunk coke heads. At least now she'll have a rep of someone not to fuck with. The victim probably thought such a young cute girl was an easy bully target.

Stabbing a person 4 times in the heart for being shouted at and pushed does not sound like self defence to me.

Would your opinion change if pictures proved the victim to be even cuter?

It actually would. Would be great to see if there was a size difference. The victim did have over a decade on her so it would not be surprising for her to be heavier. But that's all speculation. I'm just basing my opinion on the Sun article that talked about the victim who was drunk and coked out being the aggressor. So Brooklyn does have the right to defend herself. And since she is a cute little spinner working as an escort, it would be no surprise she needs a knife for her own personal protection against johns.

Clearly the judge agreed, hence why it's manslaughter.

I agree with you that the whole situation is so sad and over something so trivial. She clearly has some type of Napoleon complex as she is not mature enough to just walk away.

Bottom line, my point is, it's not like it was first degree murder, she's not an evil person. She's still young enough to turn her life around. Hopefully this is her rock bottom.

If that cute little spinner would have just walked her cute little ass to the store to buy her own cigarettes, this entire situation would have been prevented.

Someone losing their life over catfight drama over borrowed cigarettes? How sad...

Yeah I mean we really got along well which is pretty sad to hear that news, she did have plans to go to school. Hopefully things change for the good with a little jail time.

Some assumptions there. She was actually charged with both second degree murder and manslaughter. So the prosecution felt the charges were warranted. She then pleaded guilty to the lesser charge. That might've easily been a plea deal with the same prosecutor that the judge merely rubber stamped. In any event manslaughter isn't "self defence". It's what you're charged with when you end another life as a result of reckless disregard rather than intent.
