Can you please share with me Hotels in Downtown Edmonton and
Calgary where the Hotel does not requires Key Cards to the Elevators?

Don't know about Calgary, but here in Edmonton the Chateau Lacombe is your best bet.

At the Crowne Plaza, you only need keycards for 20 and 21. But they're redoing the elevators, and when they're done, you'll need keycards for every floor. That's been going on for a while though, so I wouldn't worry about it for now. Maybe in a few months.
