The Lyla board may be based in Ottawa. Lyla, aka Joyful Spirit, aka Christine, for whom the board is named, has been an SP for about 40 years, mostly in Ottawa, assuming she's still active. She may also be the board's owner, although no one knows for sure. The Lyla board has virtually no presence in Toronto. Vancouver or Montreal, but is strong in Ottawa and, to a lesser extent, in Winnipeg. In Winnipeg, it is more useful for massage info than for FS escorts, but posters have to use code language to describe services.
As others have pointed out, negative info related to service is not allowed there, so the info that is posted has limited value in most cases. The board's owner kept its Canadian server when Bill C-36 was passed, which contributes to the board's limited value for pooners. Also, moderation is very heavy handed, with bans being issued for what Perbites would consider trivial reasons. Posters have been suspended for describing an SP's service as "vanilla" or "lukewarm".
