Because I'm so terminally bored right now, I'm going to pull a Fiddy and present to you Wolverine's Health Tips for Better Pooning

Do your Kegels. It makes you last longer and gives you a bigger, harder erection.
2 ways for guys to do Kegels is:
(1) next time you have a woody, hang a facecloth on it and keep lifting it. Do that for a minute or so.
(2) each time you go for a pee, hold it in midstream for about 30 seconds and then let it loose again. Repeat again at another midstream point.

I also recommend regular exercise - you will look and feel better, sleep better, boost your confidence, your energy level and your libido. The less abdominal fat you got down there, the bigger your LG will look.
Lifting weights gets the testosterone flowing, and you need a good build-up of testosterone to really get the libido going.
Doing abdominal exercises also helps the LG the same as Kegels.

Sorry I do not want to be boring but here are more general tips;

Little help on the other side of the spectrum.

This info has been very helpful, I will be starting the aforementioned exersizes, but... Lately I have been unable to reach climax easly. Even with tight conditions and low lube ( I use a fleshlight rather than manual masterbation to avoid chronic lose of sensitivity) but reaching orgasim is sometimes bound me.
