I have been having trouble booking with Emma lately. I havent had any responses either yesterday evening or this morning. I tried calling, no answer, and was texted back saying "Hey what's up?" After responding to that text, again silence.
Anyone have a similar experience or is it just me?

Same here. It's not the quick responses as before.
I haven't been able to communicate and book any appointments since the switch been made.
And the Taylor location in my opinion was the worst of all 4 locations. Hopefully it'll go back to the way it used to be soon.
