I usually come straight from the spa, freshly manicured, pedicured, manzillion waxed, odoriferous and exfoliated.
I'm still fat and ugly though, most girls dont complain and overlook that since I clean up so nice.

Well in broader spectrum some people have taken a slightly defensive approach with the OP's statement about only one portion of the body she found issues dealing with and started in on the whole body here. I'm not saying I don't react better to a man who has taken obvious care to be as hygienic as allowable from his place to mine i.e shaved face, teeth brushed for some nice dfk, and genitals that smell like some sorta cologne sometimes or just yummy soap. However I appreciate when its even just the teeth and nothing growing from the south end, most sp's are more polite then people know. (Thx littlejohn for saying that so well)
Also Wanker I understand what you mean about being sore and have graciously helped my clients into their shoes and tied them as well(with or without being asked). I have days like that too and always appreciate some extra concern from people. However my client that day was belligerent, inebriated, and lazy about taking the condom and putting in the garbage by himself each of the four times he filled one. I would have appreciated the smaller gesture of him tossing that out and even helped with his shoes but enough was enough for me at that point. More attention to hygiene is a small request in the grander scheme of better service IMHO.

My mom told me how important it is to shower every day and to wash under the skin each time. And that was when I was six years old. Not just because of the stank factor but also because of the medical issues that can result. Such as major infection.
Can't believe guys don't do this.

I thought maybe some girls would feel a bit uncomfortable speaking up about his topic, even though it was in their mind and they really wanted to. hmmm, I was thinking about a nice Cabernet Sauvignon with some assorted meats and crackers.
I will say getting rid of the "dick cheese" also depends on the water pressure in your shower, and how often you masturbate. More masturbation and low water pressure = harder to get rid of it. Not impossible, just harder.

On another note that bad fish smell some SP's have is the most disgusting thing to experience. Called BV I think. I've come across a few and it's traumatizing to say the least. It takes forever to get that stink off your hands and has put me off pooning for months at a time. I have no idea how a Woman would not notice she stinks that bad. The worst part is you just paid to smell that.

Kendra, you are obsolutely hilarious adding your 2 bits from Mexico! Devoted I must say. I must add my two bits now. I am not circumsized and find it unbelievable that there are people out there, that are older than 5 years old, and in this hobby that don't clean themselves. For one thing, how can you not smell or see it? Let say for instance you masturbate......that white sh*t isn't supposed to be one your penis. Get your as* in the shower lather up, and have a great time playing and cleaning with yourself. I am not gonna lie, I enjoy cleaning myself. How can you not????
