Had an appt with Sophie tonight after a number of good appointments with her. I get there about 5 minutes early, text her...no response, wait 10, test again...no response, after 20 minutes and no response I leave. When I get home, there is a text from her with instructions of where to park, etc. No apology for not being late or for not communicating that she was going to be late. When I told her I had bailed, the response was "peace" (which I read as she was annoyed but didn't really give a shit). After a little back and forth, it was clear that she wasn't owning this in any way. She was one of the last ones in town who I thought seemed to understand the business but apparently not. The stories of her ghosting people are real. There is a fortune to be made by providers who understand customer service and respect clients time but very few seem to realize it. So many flakes........good luck Perbites, I'm out.
