Id like to talk about the inevitable. The aging process... I had botox and fillers once, 6 years ago. I thought I saw little wrinkles, and my friend was going, and so I went for it.

I had it shot in everywhere.. My forehead. my face, I got fillers in my cheeks..

I changed my dieat and got more healthy naturally after that, beacause I realized that it was in my head more than anything else.

Afterwards I though I looked soooo much better, although I couldnt move my face.

The best part about it was that I could re train my face not to over exsaperated my exspressions... ( my garammer and spelling is probably way offa bar.. i dont care)

People get wrinkles from scrunching their faces... Over emotions, for the general part.

I learned to un scrunched

thats the end of my story. & I havnt gone back..

I dont think I need fillers, because my cheek bones are pretty high, and I dont want to look like a dead cat when I die !!

Thats my experience, any one dare to share theirs.

I know I do.... I have the vitamix blender.... I dont use products any more... I crush up nuts, avacaods and coco nut cream.. thats my face mask.... no soap, and no cleansers. I dont wash my face... I never need much to wash off. and its all bad for anyways... the more natural you go.. the better for you

I see Asians having more problems with moles and brown spots from sun damage as they age vs sagging skin.
There is a reason why in Asia there are no sun tanning businesses there.

I truly believe that much of the aging looks is lifestyle choices that we make. I recently met a lady who is 58, and I would have guessed she was 40. Met another a few weeks ago who looked 50, she claimed to be 34. Eat healthy, and small portions, exercise daily, get some fresh air, and delete stressful situations and dramatic people from your life. I live where I do by choice, i walk, ski, fly fish, bike, kayak or something outdoors every day. I don't over eat, and very rarely eat junk food, drink plenty of water, rarely drink alcohol, never smoke or do drugs. Drama queens are quickly cut out of my life, and I am generally a very easy going person who laughs a lot. People usually guess my age lower than it is.

So I did some further thinking:
1. Cheapest way would be guntape... with a hole for air.... use guntape as leash (just roll the guntape around itself)
2. Tongue piercing in tongue, with a round hole in stud, which would fit a ring with small chain attached. More expensive per ft of chain, so it depends on how much chain she wants...

Your hot....don't mess around with a good thing. Shit, half the women in the world wish they could look as good as you do now.
If later in life some surgical enhancements might make you feel better, consider it then.

Well some of the money I make from men who pay to worship my feet gets spent on cosmetic work. So yes, worship does help me stay young.

I'm not aginst it in any way, and I think people should do what makes them feel good. I learned from the experience that we trully can be our own worst enemies, by picking ourselves apart. I took from it the ability to retrain my face. I'm more self aware of my facial expressions now.
