Someone share the "secret handshake"

I was interested in meeting Tracy, who I think it affiliated with VIPTOG. By all accounts it should've went well. I texted a few times (with no reply) but was able to engage in a brief phone conversation. I scheduled a time, and then asked about a massage. The person I was speaking with asked me to call back. I waited for 15 mins, and my call went directly to voice mail.

Is it just me, or did I miss the "secret handshake?"
