The main problem I have is that she mentions incalls only for returning clients, therefore the first connection must be her coming to you. Outcalls have an automatic deposit, which always smells like a scam. And, she claims to have just moved here, so who are these retuning clients? Nobody. Call her up and have a go if you still want to, I'll be anxiously awaiting your review.
Deposit for incall is pretty common at least for indies i know and love.
Betcha she has some no show stories....
But in this case still trying to establish 'legit'.
