I relaly find this guy really really annoying and more of a spam bot more than anything. I'm not even sure he even poons, not that I've ever read any of his reviews.
I find that there are no real self-help books that can help someone. I tried reading those books, didn't feel natural. The thing that felt more natural to me was when I made that mental change that I wanted to change my lifestyle. I decided to quit gaming, become more active and surround myself with more positive people. What a difference that made.
My old friends who I love, they cry and complain all the time. BF problems, GF problems, can't get a GF or it' not going well with those girls, work problem or what video game they are obsessed with now. I made the decision to see them less and not be around when they complain bout these reoccuring problems.
My new friends they are people I've met through the gym and playing sports, all we talk about are other things we can do, trips we can take, whose having a party where or other interesting and meaningful conversations and none of our personal drama.
Seriously, becoming so active I've never been more excited bout life. I cut all the unhealthy foods out of my regular diet, no more burgers, fries, pizza or candy. My life is much busier now, I have ppl who contact me of sudden events that's going on or a drop in game that's happening. I've met so many cute girls who are active and not dolled up. I've actually had to start telling people I can't commit for certain longer term commitments because there's so many more doors that are opened for me now.
I'm so excited for this summer, cuz I've lost 25 pounds in the last few months and I'm determined to run a few marathons and destroy my old high school time on the Grouse Grind. I'm also, gonna learn a few new sports and learn some new skills.
NO BOOK could fix me the way a drastic mental change can.
