Yeah, but why is it that when all the East Coasters move to Vancouver, they start whining in the middle of winter that, while it may be warmer, the dampness chills to the bone in a far worse way than any minus 10 or 15 below temperature does.

I'm no fan of either Vancouver rain or Toronto cold & snow, but definitely
prefer the former. Rain City is better all year round.
