So are all SPs (At least on PERB) that are in Vancouver on hiatus? I mean have they all gone online? Or has the forum been updated and I'm totally unaware. Looking to have a few adventures even during this time if possible. Downtown area would be idle.

As you already noted, PERB isn't allowing advertising for in person services at the moment but providers are still placing ads on the other regular sites members reference.

Leolist is still up, filter your search on Vancouver and you'll find some providers still working downtown.

I wonder what PERB's plan for going back to normal will be. I guess when a vaccine is available. Might be a while.

If you are limiting yourself to only SP that advertise on Perb you are missing the vast majority of service providers. I use Leo to fins prospects and Perb to vet them.
