I have seen it with my own eyes more than once, so yes. Years ago, there was a stripper that travelled the circuit that did this, along with projecting ping-pong balls and other tricks. I have also seen it in Bangkok and Angeles City, also years ago.

I once had a quiet "Denny Crane" (Boston Legal) moment out on my balcony when my girlfriend stepped out to see what I was up to.
I was savouring a rare Hoyo de Monterrey Double Corona Cigar and she wanted a puff of it. I lovingly turned her down as I rarely share a puff from the same cigar with anyone. But she managed to coax me into allowing her to borrow the cigar for a mere minute. She then gingerly inserted the cigar into herself and to my amusement, lightly puffed a couple of small rounds. We both laughed. I also observed the glowing amber intensify with each little puff through the well constructed wall of ashes on the cigar end. Brilliant.
I lifted my face to hers and said, "Well, now we know you won't be suffering from any urinary incontinence when you get older."
