Have not province
If I had the money, I would buy the Pho Hoa restaurant at Kingsway and Nanaimo beside the Petro-Can station. 24/7 operation with plenty of underground parking and lots of tables available (3 rooms!). With the old London Guard motel beside it finally cleared for multi-level condo construction, it's going to generate tonnes of business. Not to mention it's absolutely packed during lunchtimes and weekends. They've raised prices to $7.01 for a large bowl of pho and now they've put in MSG, but people keep eating there. Fairly decent restaurant in a middle to low class neighbourhood. Customers are mostly southeast Asian families or workers driving along Kingsway looking for a meal.

Perbwise, good place for a quick meal for exhausted pooners from Propsper City next door in the day and Kingsway cruisers in the night hours. Man, check out some of the long blond-dyed hair twentysomething Viet girls coming out of the beauty salon next door in the early afternoons. :p
