I woke up yesterday to a message that arrived at 2am. In it, he began by using my real name, without a clue as to who he was, which I automatically perceive as threatening..."I know you, but you don't know me....". The person then went on in an attempt to shame me, threatened to tell my family and employer that I'm a sex worker, make fun of the clients I see, make fun of sex work in general, question my intelligence, call me crazy, call me a coward and liar for not using my real identity, point out that I 'sell my body', etc etc (but trolling backpage at 2am with the intent of harassing it's advertisers? There's a real cool person!). I burst his bubble when I told him that everyone in my personal life, parents and all, know exactly how I choose to shamelessly live my life behind closed doors.
He also insinuated that he "works with a girl who's an escort", and that he made money that way, but not from "selling [his] body for cash", which really only makes me think that he is a pimp in Victoria and actually thought that he could bully me into either working for him, or sleeping with him, or giving him money. All three of which I laughed at, and pointed out that his behaviour was illegal and I would be going to Vic PD.
And THEN I asked around to people I know about the phone number. And discovered that it was a disgusting little loser that used to be my bar back when I was bartending a few years ago. Last year he also tried, unsuccessfully and sleazily, to hook up with me, and was denied then as well, which I think really pissed him off upon discovering I was an SP (because SP's are all sluts who give it up for any one? Is that the mentality there?)....a small-minded man-child, spewing his transparent toxicity as a means to rid something from his own miserable life. But the scary part is that it was someone that knows me as a 'real' person, and then had zero qualms about discrediting me as a worthy human being now that he 'discovered' my alter ego. I instantly became a "whore", and any other details or diversity about my personality, background, and life were worthless to him. Anyway, I now I have his number and his identity. I believe he's either working as a pimp for girls that see multiple late night clients, or he's working with another lady who offers services, but then does the "oops! my boyfriend came home early!" scam to steal money.

Ugh. When will this end? I'm so so SOOOOOO bored of this attempt by people to discredit a woman's character based on her sexuality or sexual conduct. Everyone. Fucks. Or wants to be fucking. End of story. Unless I was a nun in my real life, and then I could possibly see this person laughing at the hypocrisy of me being a sex worker in secret, but COME ON! When does that EVER happen?? What happens behind closed doors between consenting adults is their business, and no one else's. Clergy person or not. I know. I'm preaching to the choir....see what I did there? Eh??
