yes, last week. It's a shocking transformation, hopefully reversible.

I am actually relieved that you outed me for gaining weight! I wanted to tell, but I was struggling mentally about how I can tell the truth but not in a way that will hurt myself. There shouldn't be much excuse being a professional but voluntary self-isolation for eight-month getting away due to covid was a challenging time.

I have to chime in and say that there is ZERO reason for you to justify anything to anyone. You're a stellar young woman and while I get the self image issues and how it affects you (and people in general) mentally, you don't owe anyone here any excuses for a damned thing. If you spend time trying to please others based on what they think you should look like, you'll never reach the point where you understand that you can't please everyone. Some will say you're too skinny, others will say you're not skinny enough. Just represent yourself honestly and the rest will take care of itself. Offering a discount because of this is SUPER cool but unnecessary and I'm of the opinion that you should remove it. Again, you don't owe anyone a damned thing. Be you.
