Hi

I hope this is ok to ask here. I'm a new member looking for some advice.

I have a skin condition, eczema, mainly affecting my hands and feet. It isn't bad but it makes me self-conscious and I understand that it's likely to severely limit my options when looking for company (totally understandable). I'm wondering if anyone has any similar conditions and, if so, how you broach this issue when trying to find company?

I don't known the area (I'm from Red Deer but don't often visit BC, and never before for company). Are there any well known providers that are known to be ok with things like this?

Sorry for the weird topic, but any advice would be appreciated, even it it's "you won't have any luck"!

Thanks

Thanks. I'm not asking for medical advice. My skin is what it is, and is not going to change or improve. It is a lifelong condition. My question was to how, if at all, I can still find company despite this physical affliction.

As you're a newb who just joined this morning I just wanted to back up your assertion that no medical advice is being requested here, so no problem. Hopefully someone can give you the lead you seek.

Look left. Way left.
No need to worry flagrunner- I am sure many ladies in Vancouver accept guys from Red Deer. Hopefully a lady sees this and contacts you directly.

Good luck eh.
I think it's best find a well reputed lady and explain your situation. You might be surprised how accommodating ladies can be when you are honest and straightforward about these issues 🙂

Hi flagrunner,

It's actually not a weird question and very much valid. My eldest daughter lives with eczema and it causes her grief and embarrassment to bare her skin around others. Being her parent and doing our best to help her condition and self conscious in regards to eczema has been challenging throughout her life.
So, I understand where you're coming from. I also see clientele with a variety of reasons that they may be self conscious over.
One notable gentleman has psoriasis and politely mentioned this in his initial booking request.
It lead to no surprises for me and me being prepared to welcome him with open arms.

Moral of my response....seek, mention and you shall find.
