Hi Folks,

I have perused the threads regarding Sinmon's and could not glean any contact info other than an obscure reference to "buy an STD." This Yank knows what the WE and GS are but what is the STD.

Any help would be much appreciated.

STD = Sing Tao Daily - a local chinese language newspaper. Usually available at your local 7-11 or corner store.

Look in the classified section for references.

The STD is the Sing Tao Daily newspaper and is available at most 7-11's in the downtown area or corner stores in the Chinatown area or Richmond. You'll have less luck finding one in the neighbouring suburbs. Just go to 7-11 and look at the newspaper section and look for the Chinese print, but make sure that it says Sing Tao Daily at the top and not Ming Tao Daily as the Ming Tao doesn't have any ads that I could find.

Although the STD is written in Chinese and you'll be worried that you can't read it don't worry. Simply open it up and you'll see a section with girls and phone numbers, hopefully it will be obvious to you. Pick a number and try dialing and good luck.

No Free Lunch

I may be off base here, if so please excuse this newcomer to the Perb for his ignorance. Simon wants to not have certain information posted and I will respect his wishes.

Admittedly I am a newbie to the world of the Perb but not new to this hobby. As a newbie I saw something that interested me and I did the research. I needed some help from the folks on this board and they provided the help. The missing piece of info is contained in this thread. Please read, buy the STD and then look at the previous Simon threads. So here goes my hint, hope it helps

One of those threads contains a description of the ad in the STD. Give the phone number a try and Nirvana awaits you.
