I'm back, and had a great trip. Except Sihanoukville. Chinese money has moved in and pushed everything aside in favor of high rises, hotels and casinos. It's a construction zone. The beach is great tho'. Don't go there for 10 years. Phnom Penh has some fine pooning available. The price seems fixed at $50USD plus $10 bar fine. Don't try to get around that.
