Before people catch your "tone" it would be wise to employ some helpful winky-faces to help (I have more comments logged that Forum Mod and I still use winks to ensure I don't get misunderstood). Miss Hunter gets dumb questions with a straight-face all day long at work, she's primed to kill someone who isn't effectively communicating camaraderie.Sorry missed that
And you? All day long at work how many intelligent questions do you get asked? Before people catch your "tone" it would be wise to employ some helpful winky-faces to help (I have more comments logged that Forum Mod and I still use winks to ensure I don't get misunderstood). Did I stutter? Emphasize your intent with emojis. You're a stranger. And you? All day long at work how many intelligent questions do you get asked?
Sorry. The first sign of the apocalypse: we all communicate through emojis. Who needs language anymore.Did I stutter? Emphasize your intent with emojis. You're a stranger.
You seem like you'd be fun at parties, who doesn't like using emojis as a form of communicating tone through a text based medium? :eyebrows:Sorry. The first sign of the apocalypse: we all communicate through emojis. Who needs language anymore.
It’s ok if he prefers to communicate by the power of the written word. The misunderstanding was my fault. I knew he was being sarcastic. I think I may have taken my own sarcasm too far by using the eyeroll emoji. I’ll try to be gentler towards the new members. You seem like you'd be fun at parties, who doesn't like using emojis as a form of communicating tone through a text based medium? :eyebrows:
Fun at parties? Not really a concern. Text based medium? Seems to me it is still a written language. There are far more nuances in the written word than there are in emojisYou seem like you'd be fun at parties, who doesn't like using emojis as a form of communicating tone through a text based medium? :eyebrows:
in and out in two minutes flat... shower that is.I saw my first sp today and I was surprised that the shower was part of the booked time.
My sp did not force me to take a shower, and I did take a shower before my visit, but I wanted to proof that I was clean. She did mention that if I didn't take a shower, I could take a shower.
So, I spent about 7 minutes taking a shower before meeting the sp and when I went into the room, she told me that I should hurry up because she has others to see and I was using up my booked time of 30 minutes.
The whole situation felt a little rushed because she was already 10 minutes late for my appointment, but she was apologetic about it.
She said that she would add a few minutes at the end because I didn't know the shower time was part of the booked time, but I didn't need to....
I spent less than 7 minutes with the sp because I didn't want her to fall behind her schedule.
Is it the norm that the shower time is part of your total booked time?
