In general: Probably, yes. Cameras are getting extremely easy to hide in small items now and flash memory is small enough and dense enough to get some decent recording times. The good quality ones that are nearly invisible are still fairly expensive though.

About those glasses in particular? No, not really. They're pretty obvious.

Odds are that someone with a camera hidden somewhere will act strangely to try and keep it aimed at you. Creeps are still gonna be creeps and most of them are still pretty obvious about it.
