As if this makes any sense. The escort is in charge of the situation once she has a clients money. She does not have to upcharge. If she is performing BLS and he lets one rip or does anything else she finds offensive or is not comfortable with, she can turn around and end the session immediately and keep the full donation even though they are only 20 minutes into a 60 minute session.
