Should sp,s charge a expense fee on top of service fee yes ? No?

If there charging $100 for a service that doesn't mean they just made a $100. Iam sure there's expenses for hygiene products, clothes, shower before and after waters not cheap, accommodations, makeup, advertising, ect, be fair and comment would you be willing to pay a $10 flat expense fee for the above on top of service charges

No, they should know their business and what their expenses are and charge accordingly.
I have expenses in my business too and those are included in my fees. I will charge for unusual expenses ( travel etc), on top of my rates should they be necessary.

Simply no because as stated by LM987, expenses should be accounted for in the prices that SPs list for their services.

Everything you've listed are normal expenses and are to be expected to be included in the rate. But if a client has any specific requests for his session that ads extra costs, the client should cover that bill.
