On the opposite end of the scale, perhaps we would've been spared the nonsense that is Paris Hilton, Nicole Ritchie, Briteny Spears, Gordon Cambell, G. Dalhmer, Hitler, George Bush, all the mini Bushes, Clay Aitken, and a number of other useless or down right evil twits that have plagued humanity in the last century.

I've been saying that they should figure out a way to do a reversible sterilization on everyone at puberty and then undo it if you earn the priviledge of being a parent.

Deal with the problem directly. It's not the parents, it's the kid! So why not post-birth abortion instead?

Children basically know the difference between right and wrong at quite an early age. They may not have the emotional maturation to deal with stress or trauma, but nevertheless, they can be held accountable for their actions (if the actions are extreme enough). As I said before, don't bother with the parents, but deal with the children. You can't practically incarcerate problem kids, but the state should have the ability to take them away to "Reform Schools" for months at a time. At these schools, there will be no TV, no music, no Britney Spears, no expensive running shoes and Guess jeans. There will only be reading and writing, school uniforms, and classes with only students of the same gender. They do not get to go home, but must sleep in dormitories. The whole place will be walled off with 10ft concrete. After a semester of that, these little buggers will not misbehave again - and they would have probably become better in their academics to boot.

it's nothing more then a love of a parent if they care.

the kids it self learn from parents or people arround them..
if they are bad parent out-there they bring the child in the foster home. is like jail..
and foster home is not the place you want your kids to grow up in. because over there is the crime influance that i had to say..Education play a huge role.

I think so 100% there are far too many children suffering in the world ! Its sad, if not licensed they should all have to take a specific child care and eduction course. That should actually be one of the steps before you can even apply for a license. Also there are so many children in the world right now, who dont have families and live in the care of the government. It easy to turn a blind eye on these kids.. but how ever way you want to look at it, those children all belong to us.. They are our children, just as much as our own biological children. I think there should be a ban, on bringing any more chilren into our country until we have all owned up and taken responsibility for the children in our country right now who need us !!!!! Many of these children come from unstable families, and what not, and its not fair for them to grow up with out feeling like they truely belong somewhere, or that they are someone specail !!! I have made a vow to adopt before I have any more... and I encourage as many people as I can to do the same as well.. and not from a third world country like all the hollywood stars.. but from right here in our own backyard ! I actually tried to adopt over a year ago but considering my age and that I was single I was denied.. so now Im just waiting ....
