Yo, there are soo many signs that she's a scammer!
1. Pictures are too professional. "escorts are too broke to get a real photographer"
2. Face picture. "Talk about being dumb, real working girls don't show their face PERIOD"
3. Her phone changes from iphone 6/7/8 to iphone x.
4. Zero discription. "hey don't explain to customers that I'm a scammer... they will figure it out when I open the door!" LOL
HiFive is correct when he says she's 100% fake, but signs are incorrect.
1. Professional pics is not a sign of fake, and escorts are definately not too broke to get a photographer. In fact, I would say a lot of the reputable girls / agencies use a professional photographer and has a professional website.
What IS a major sign of being a fake is if the photo appears like it's meant for social media, and not the purpose of advertising for an SP, then it's highly likely a fake given other signs also tell this story.
2. Face pic does not automatically equal fake. While legit SPs who shows face pics are more rare, there's still SPs that do. It's all about the context of the face pic, and seeing whether there are other signs pointing towards a fake or real ad.
3. There is no coorilation between using older model phones and being a fake ad. Many SPs will use older pictures or have a mix of older and more recent pics.
4. Zero or severe lack of description is an indicator of being a fake, provided there are also other supporting indicators.

One fake indicator I rarely see mentioned is looking at the background of the picture. This has a direct coorilation with the social media pic sign.
If the picture's background does not look like its in Vancouver, and if it looks like its for social media, and if there are no other strong indicators of being a real ad (such as having a legit website, or LL signs), then it's almost certainly a fake.
Many social media pics will feature the girl in a room or bathroom whose decour is way too nice for a vancouver incall or 4/5 star hotel here.
Even the picture quality/style is a huge tell, as there's a vast difference in picture quality/style of instagram pics, and real SP advertising pics taken on a phone.
