I can relate … I had reached out to Sherri many times to no avail. Every time I was very pleasant , could not figure it out. From all the reviews I kept trying.

What I did do different that time ~ super short , super simple and started with a “good morning” as well.

Will try again and report back... sometimes seems like it would be easier just to go to Victoria or see a good provider when on the mainland but seems like way too much effort and can't be bothered...Maybe having few choices up Island is a good thing.
