The one house owner provides his recordings (at that intersection) on YouTube. Guys cruising into his property at all hours if the night. He did show a few of thieves getting beat on after stealing shit from someone's place

1:Get out of remand or jail with absolutely nothing.
2:Steal a bike out of someone's back yard.
3:Ride around stealing stuff to sell or swap for a rock.
4:Get busted. Go to jail.
5:Get out of jail. Repeat.

Re thieves getting beat on. This is going to increase as people see no improvement in their situation.
I used to live in a shitty neighbourhood. I had two people skulking around my backyard, looking in my garage windows. Called the cops. They said it was probably nothing, call back in half an hour if they are still there...WTF? In Winnipeg 80-90% of all crime is committed by the same tiny minority. They go around and around in the system but never change.
