So I'm just curious what everyone thinks of this. I saw the following ad:

http://vancouver.backpage.com/Femal...visiting-from-montreal-special-duo-26/6361581

There's no mention of Kim being anything but a regular escort. Then there's this ad, with the same pics:

http://www.escorts-canada.com/vip-shemale/Vancouver-BC/17940.html

I have nothing against shemale/tranny escorts as there's a demand for their services but I think it's strange that they'd be posting the other "regular" section as well.

Neither ad really mentions that she is TS... perhaps she posted in the wrong section in the second ad?

I have no problem with TS girls posting in the same areas as regular girls, but I highly doubt they would ever intentionally conceal their true nature. Unlike most bait and switch situations a lot less guys would be willing to "give it a shot" since they were already there, which would result in wasted time for both parties. Having grown up in less than tolerant communities, I could also see certain types of men becoming violent in sexual situations where the girl turned out to be TS. Why would they risk that?

She has posted as Kelly numerous times before and is purpously deceptive in my opinion. Call me old fashioned but if you are born a guy you're always a guy, regardless of how many parts have been swapped and tuned.

On the other hand, kudos to plastic surgery!

But that face is clearly very masculine.

Well, if you book a lady without any prior research, you deserve anything that comes your way, whether that means being ripped off, or getting a handful of bait n' tackle.... :fear:

It could have been an accident...I know of an incident where a lady posted her ad on ERS in the T4M by pure mistake and left it there for hours without realizing why she wasn't getting any calls! lol

Personally, I think you should always specify, just to be fair. Some people aren't comfortable with that, and that's fine, but it seems like a bait n switch if you don't mention "once upon a time I had a penis..." Lol
But she looks great!!

One post since 2008? Anyway, I have to admit my own take on the whole gender thing has changed over the years, partly as a result of outgrowing youthful ignorance and in this case, as a result of sitting next to one on a red-eye flight to Toronto. You can have some intriguing conversations with people on flights like that. While there's certainly no attraction on my part, never been curious about other dudes or variations of dudes, but I learned a lot that night and I couldn't imagine the psychological aspect of being in that position or the potential negative impact it could have on relationships with those close to you and those you love. I realize this is kind out of context with the thread but just thought I'd chime in since it was the catalyst for profound chmage in how I look at what can be a very polarizing subject.

You're so right.... I know a couple, and couldn't imagine anything worse than feeling "trapped" in the "wrong body".... So sad... But still in the interest of full disclosure, it's up to a man to make the choice if he wants that, it's not for her to trick him into doing something he could potentially regret... I dunno.... It's a toughy....

Personally, they should have their own section because of the bait and switch aspect.

That said, while in Singapore years ago I went down Bugis Street and the asian lady boys were super attractive, mainly because of the excessive makeup etc. The Singaporean women are hot too but the Bugis Street area opened my eyes for the first time to transgendered people. (no I don't know if they had completed their operations )

That's just morally wrong not to disclose that you are a transexual, even if you are post-op.

But anyway on the subject of whether such a person is really a "she":

- legally, yes, "she" in Canada under Canadian law. "She" has every legal right as a natural born woman except the right to give birth. "She" may use the woman's washroom, "she" is termed the wife in a spousal relationship, "she" may enter sporting competitions as a woman, etc. In another jurisdiction, whether this person is recognized is female completely depends on their laws.

- biologically, no. Biologically this is a neutered male. An artificially crafted vagina is not a vagina ... it does not secret fluids, it does not have a birth canal, it does not have a womb, it lacks everything that makes a vagina a vagina. It is an inverted, mutilated penis. As for sporting competitions, though she may legally enter such as a woman, the sporting authority may require that she fit the biological definition of a woman regardless of the legal implications - and if there were any, then take it up in the courts. I for one can't wait for the day that a post-op tranny enters an Olympic competition as a woman then disqualified, then it is taken to the Supreme Court to hash it out. That will be a pivotal case and an entertaining one to be sure.

You're both right... Honesty is always the best policy.... Not only for your guys's sake and what you are comfortable doing with your bodies and who you chose to be with (YOUR body, YOUR choice) , but if you were some how discovered to be a TS during a session, some men could become enraged and very violent, creating an extremely dangerous situation...

I beg to differ with a previous poster...I had a friend who was a pre-op transgender, back in the seventies. Even though he/she bore a resemblance to Barny Rubble, you knew you were with a woman when you went out shopping. There wasn't one iota of 'maleness' in that brain.
