Started shaving there about 15 years ago. First time took scissors to trim down hair, then trimmed further with beard trimmer, then finished with electric razor. Now I use the electric once a day, sometimes every two days, takes about 15 seconds to stay clean and smooth. Just pull the skin on your sack tight and trim it, no issues. Have nicked myself only a few times over all those years, doesn't hurt or bleed much.

I have to admit--shaving my balls is pretty fun. It feels like i'm a brand new person; they swing and sway and are oddly colder, but when you're ramming her or even just rubbing one out, it's a nice enough abberration to change things up.
Shaving the skin above the cock is significantly less fun, though. With shaving burn/ itch/ irritation and ingrown hairs, it is a bitch.
