It 's 8 pm on Christmas Eve when I receive a call from my answering service telling me that one of my tenants is having a plumbing problem. I contact her and she tells me that that she has a pipe leaking under her kitchen sink. So we make plans for me to drop by in roughly one hour. Family isn't very happy but all apart of owning rental property.
So I arrive at about 9:15 and was greeted at the door by an attractive lady with long reddish brown hair, slim fit build, 5-5, darkly tanned and a ton of freckles. We chatted for a couple of minutes and then got down to work. It seems someone had removed the drain plug on the trap and it only required a little tightening. I never tell my tenants I own the building while doing repairs as it's a good way of finding what they think about the building, their apartment , and my management team. For the most part she was happy but did reveal that she has been struggling with making her monthly rent. One the things I noticed that seemed a little strange was that the lady had very little furniture. An elliptical cross trainer in the dining room, and a pilates machine in the middle of the living room. Tow leather recliners, and a 60 inch big screen. No art, no lamps, no family pictures. We chatter for a few more minutes when she mentioned that she was 15 days late
with rent this month, and will probably be 15 plus next month. And then she opens the door, by saying I should get myself a sugar daddy and have him pay my rent. I then asked where I can pickup and application. She giggles and when she doesn't see me laughing she says, my rent is $800.00 per month and I would have to have chemistry with the person. Sex would have to be great, no reaction, so she says, a movie once a month, maybe a Jets or bombers game or two. So I am said again where can I get an application. She replies wow, you caught me of guard. I said I will you think about it.
Christmas Day I get a text asking if I would like to come over for a drink later that evening. I agreed and we set a time for 10 pm. I arrived at 10 with a bottle of wine and a 100mg of Kamagra Oral Jelly in my system. After 30 minutes of question and answer period I found out she was 44 and an excellent kisser. Now nearly a month later, two Jets games, one movie, three dinner dates and eight happy endings I think it's a win, win. She is saving $ 800 plus a month, I am basically paying myself to have great sex with her, and we have become good friends.

) When I was in the corporate world, we had a female employee who used to boast about how she was receiving free rent in return for banging her landlord a couple of times a month. You don't want a good thing to end up biting you on the ass.
