Mental stimulious deffinetly .increases brain cell developement... and sex has multable levels of stimulious.. and profuces lots of memories.
Started this at 50.. and had a few years befor where my mind was activly .exploring. engaging in sexual activity..definetly causeing my brain to be more active .. and i was learning new things ..like computers and serfing the internet. A very enlightening time
And when i finally became sexully active. an even more i enlighting adventure..I deffinetly .engaged more of my brain.. creatively.. and memory wise..
