If you're referring to Sydnee's case, no, but I'm sure yesterday's ruling in Ontario has the lawyers on both sides rethinking the charges and whether to proceed or not.
With a appeals the Ontario case will not be settled for a couple of years. Manitoba will then try and follow suit. Which will take a year or two. Syd was also charged a year ago?? so I doubt these will have any bearing on her case. Second there where children living in the house at the time the sexual acts where taking place.
Just legalize the industry, license it, including health cards. Then everyone wins, the women can do business, the guys can feel safe going to see the women, and city and government there money.
