The government and there knew law can go fucked them selves.. it would be good therapy for them being such as holes

But seriously that is what we as clients have been doing ..sex therapy...It's is just as valid explanation as women that do shopping therapy when they need something to relax.. release the stress of work .. marriage or relationship. . In our case we use sex to do the same thing.

So this new law will be a total failure when it come to stop in the buying of sex
The girls just have to advertise as sex therapists.. and we are there for the services of sex therapy.. it a legal means to pay for sex.. and there is plenty of literature and studies on the benefits of regular sexually encounters

That's quit true.. but some do.. but admittedly there are lagitamate sex therapist that council people in many way that do not involve sex.. Not trying to take way from them..

But the therapeutic benefits of regular sex is clique recognized. And offered in some country's to the elderly handy caped and mentally ill I fact even prisoner get congical visits

There is one aspect that the religious right should appreciate .. is that many men see escort because they don't like to masterbat
The religious people think masterbation is a sin.. of course so is sex out side of marriage. . Or even having sex for pleasure sake
As for will it fly.. promote properly and it can't be call illegal ..and it is part of the reality if the escort business .Men go to see girls for therapy.. of their company ...for some one to talk too.. and to deal with sexually problem or just to feel better after a hard day or week
I doubt if any of that can be disputed in a court.. When there is so much write on it
As long as a women is averting these service.. they are showing free will and desire to perform those services. . With out coursion. .or being forced by any client that go to them and pays...

In fact the word prostitution needs to be removed from this whole sinario. . As I be leave that was mentioned in the SCC ruling
I personally don't think prostitution exists in most cases of escorts and clients....unless that is purely what both individual want to take place As for the definition of what prostitution is.. it has been pointed out a few times that we all prostitute our selves. In some way .. at jobs we do for pay. It may not be gratifying to us . But is gratifying to the boss owner. That we generally thinks is fucked us over and using us..to be disturbed when of no us .

If you don't like what you are doing ..feel forced into it or coresed and degraded by what you do for money. .even though your economic situation dictate that you must put up with it..then you are prostituting. . Your dignity and self worth for pay

So take the word prostitution out of the conversation. . And define exactly what they don't want people doing
But they legal can't because having sex..weather in a marriage or just occasional sex is protected by right that we are garentied

i agree john lets contuine buzz this govrerment is going out of business soon hear theres a crash in the near future.

I agree with this JohnSmit, but we have a different view of it from the general public. We need to have the general discourse and perception shifted from most women in the business are trafficked, drug addicts and doing it for survival, to this is a profession with freely consenting adults choosing to engage in healthy (and good for the health) activity.

The media is starting to make some inroads on that, but there are also counter stories to this. Apparently there is a study (concocted to try to say public support towards the current bill, no doubt) that nearly 2/3 of the women working in the sex trade in Ontario are the victims of human trafficking, and over 60% of these are Canadian citizens. This came off a 'Care2Petition' email I received today, but there is no reference to the source so I haven't been able to do any digging.
Someone else might have more details on this, as it needs to be countered... or the flaws in the research made public. I have strong reservations about the veracity of such claims or results. But, the general public will probably accept it at face value as fact.

And I wish that the assertion that mas 9999 makes will be true, but I'm not so sure. With the gerrymandering going on with electorate boundaries, the divisions among the opposition and the propensity for the left-of-centre to shoot themselves in the foot, I'm not as confident as I would like to be. Yes, it could happen, but...

Yes that is another accretion that went totally off the table.. that escorting is a job and business for many of the women involved..and that they were seek their rights under the Labour laws... Safety deffinetly was one of those rights... The right to compensation and sickness insurance if injured..and declaring escorting a their job.. for taxes reasons also..

This is totally being denied to each individual. . When there is an overwellming evidence they are work as if this is a job...and they are not forced to do this job.
That's why I encourage the women to seek a classification of job that sex work is accepted as part of the job dicription .. then any new prostitution laws have very little effect..

In Lust Mostly
In a perfect world there would be Dr's who would write on their prescription pad -

BBB requires lots of sex. 2 X or 3 X per week as required (whatever he can afford lol ).

Sort of like a Medical Marijuana Certificate if you will.

BBB would show it at the registered dispensary ie registered SP and she would stamp my Certificate and we would carry on with my appointment as usual.

One can dream

Even better if 80 per cent was covered on the medical plan.
