In all seriousness though, I think a lot of it depends on who you're with, what your bodies are shaped like, and sometimes the curvature of your member (upwards, downwards, straight shooter).

For me I like to ensure I'm hitting her erogenous zones well, which for me means with her laying face down near the edge of the bed with her rear slightly raised upwards. (A pillow underneath her stomach/waistline usually helps). This allows me access to thrust down and forwards, with a better chance of hitting her G and A spots together. (One on the fore-stroke, the other on the return). It also allows for firm grasping of her hips to allow for a more controlled, slower but still forceful rhythm.

BCN, sounds like you got the ol' pooning arthritis, there. I have heard about it.
