Shoulder pulls on the pully machine and standing pulls with a curved bar
My goal isn't to lift as heavy as I can my goal is to burn out my shoulders by the end of 1 hour

Totally agree :) Planking endurance comes in very handy. Just think about it. Hmmmm, where would being able to hold yourself horizontal for tens of minutes at a time with nothing but your hands and feet touching the bed/floor/desk/hood/skytrain platform/yoga mat/ or picnic table be useful? There is a certain primal connection that only comes with good old pelvic grind planking sex. I find push-ups and core crunches best for improving Punt's Planking Prowess, but I have a long way to go before I will be truly satisfied with this move.

Woman don't look good with traps or side obliques . That why I'm very very careful with abs and concentrate on them when I'm doing compound exercise instead of direct work but that's only because I'm already developed in that area most females have to do a lot of creative ab work do get a nice stomach especially developing the lower pubic muscle to flatten everything out .

Plenty of guys work out because they want to look a certain way (which explains the ripped guy I saw lighting up the moment he left the gym). For many, that way is the one that they think will get the most attention from the ladies. So they spend countless hours doing chest and arms maybe with a special emphasis on the one hanging out the window while they drive :rolleyes:.

But when women (including those who aren't exactly college girls anymore) put up pictures of their dreamboat guy, 9 out of 10 times he has a six pack. Women tend to especially love a guy who is really defined in the area where the lower abs meet the hip flexors (that V look in the pelvic region when guys wear low riding board shorts).

It's not easy to get that look so most guys just keep working on chest and arms but I think visible abs can be a genuine indicator of a persons fitness level.
 
Abs definition is not difficult to obtain and takes only a strong diet and cardio . A 6 pack is an entirely different matter and looks a whole lot different . One looks weak one looks strong .

In regards to the pictures females post about men lol how laughable I'm constantly reminded how I should look like .... Her or maybe her. or maybe I should talk about the past few years how I have been so harshly judged mocked ignored made fun of and insulted yet on the other hand so many amazing opportunities have come about for the very fact I chose to do what I want with my body because I love building muscle and i have been recognized by the people who matter in the fitness world for my work and have been rewarded accordingly but then again ....

Maybe I should be like her over there snorting coke or her over there drinking alcohol or maybe her over there stuffing donuts down her throat ? Maybe I should be one of those females that smile sweetly to your face but hate you behind your back ? But shit look at her she gorgeous , she this she's that . it seems the bigger of a loser you are the more accepting people are because people love to think their better than the next person. These are the kinds of things woman have to deal with constantly .

I have opted out of this thinking and as a result I have been able to obtain a 6 pack anytime I work for it . I don't have a problem attaining my goals because I won't put restraints on myself regarding what other people think . This is what I tell everyone but few take it seriously because they are not in reality and when I'm real about what it takes they are not so interested anymore lol . I'm fucking serious when I tell you to get a food plan made up by a pro and get a trainer if you don't have a routine that's going anywhere . But all the people want to hear is what pill can they pop or vial they can shoot . Sorry there is no pill or shot it's called consistent diet and movement day after day it's called patience and hard work That's it that's all .

I wish more people would be kinder to themselves and accept themselves as they are in the moment because the brain works to your benefit to obtain a goal. being judgemental and mean works against it .

It's not a crime to not be perfect but it seems a crime if you want to be perfectly yourself . In my mind a 6 pack is a joke for a goal . It's not even something you have to work to attain . It takes so much more than the gym because you don't get abs in a gym you get them by structured disciplined food intake . It takes long long hours of reprogramming the mind to let go of the idea of instant gratification .

There is no instant anything when your gaining muscle and losing fat there isn't anything glamorous about the hunger, the stress, the mind games. Unless your standing up in front a thousands of people to be judged on your over all physique who really gives a shit ?

I say build that mind into a weapon to combat everyone and everything that get in the way of your goal no matter what it is . This is why I respect the obese and morbidly obese person because it's those people who have the most to teach me about food , control over food and the perseverance it takes to continue pushing forward in a world of hating pieces of shit they have to encounter on a daily basis . If these courageous people can withstand the hate and ignorance then so can I . Building muscle is a character building adventure the gym is the only place you can go being a raging maniacal lunatic and these feelings and thoughts are actually useful ! Then an hour or two later you come out a teddybear . AWSOME !
