here is my private messages to ve, it went unresponded....all i wanted was some acknowledgement or at least an apology. I am just curious if other's had the same experience as me. I think, i will move my hobbying to more of the other businesses from now on. By the way, the original post was last sunday , so i believe i gave them enough time to respond privately.

that sucks dude i find that response time varies when it comes to the agencies i have sent requests for info and i have got a reply back the next day and others i had to wait like a week to get my info, however i have never had something as bad as this

I understand where you are coming from Pussy Lover. I have had many a similar circumstances in the past, at several different agencies, but everytime I was given the option of seeing another lady that is already there. I know that it can be a real turn down, especially if you had your head (or other head) set on a particular lady. Basically, what it boils down to is that this is life and these things happen.

Hey, I am not taking it personally at all. My concern was the bad or lack of service. I was not offered anyone else until i was ready to walk out 35 minutes later after i got there. It is a business afterall, and an offering should have been made for an alternative within the first 10 minutes of being late. Nothing ruins the mood worst than waiting there for that time and thinking " what the f---", i should be "f----" right now instead of room sitting.

Again , as a business, an alternative or an apology would have gone far. And then it would have been my decision whether I wanted to stay or continue waiting. I was given neither. ( again, an alternative was not offered until one foot was already out the door).

We have 2 telephone lines, phone staff on 16-20hrs per day and email that goes directly to our staff. I find it strange that you would PM a complaint to an agency's profile on a Review Board rather than contact us directly if you wanted an immediate response. I believe I read this board more often than the other agencies but still I only check our PERB pms once a week at best. Its simply NOT the best way to contact an agency so I feel your complaint and retaliation to my silence is a little extreme. Also when the lady tells us she is on her way we have to assume she is. If you only want to wait 10min THEN TELL SOMEONE. Our phone staff are very good but we are still trying to fine tune their mind reading skills. With that said I do of course apologize for your inconvenience. It is completely unacceptable to show up at our location when the lady of your choice doesnt show up AND none of the other ladies in house suit your tastes. Im sure you can do many searches and see that we have ALWAYS addressed legit respectfully written complaints with the respect and attention they deserve. Please check your PM for more. Thanks

Hi Luscious: now it seems like you are taking this personally. If not then I apologize. I have tried email in the past and that had even slower response so I thought that a pm complaint here would be the fastest since I do see numerous posts by either yourself or someone that works at your agency. As for the lady in question, when I called at 6:30, she told me that she was there NOW....not that she will be in. She mentioned who was working and who would be working at later times. Again, I chose a girl that I was told was there NOW. As for me only wanting to wait 10 minutes...I was told she would only be 10 minutes longer...I think waiting 35 minutes more than gave you guys the benefit of the doubt..with each minute passing, the more patience I lose. As for the other ladies, I wasn't offerered any of the other ladies until i has leaving and only then, there was only 1 lady offered..and by this time I was no longer in the mood. Maybe if there was 1 or more ladies present that available and offered in the first 10 minutes ( not lack of suitability to my tastes as you suggest) then I would not have been as upset...again at least that lets me decide whether I want to stay or not. As for the Mind-reading...correct me if I am wrong....but most people Don't want to wait longer than 10 minutes and as a business that should be expected...and who would have known it would be so long.....you keep telling yourself she will be walking thru the door anytime b/c she was notified 40 minutes ago.........


But okay, next time i will contact you guys directly via email.

They had a major f-up with me a year ago, on schedule & communicating. I complained DIRECTLY to them (not through PERB). I received high satisfaction from their response.

Not to flog a dead horse or anything, but when I get a PM here on PERB a notification email is sent to me letting me know about it (the PM). All I have to do is click on the link provided in the email. So as far as I can see you never have to log into PERB to know about PMs.
