I'm just going to throw this out there, but when an SP is in town on tour, and you have either seen her already or you will be seeing her later so you know which hotel she is in, including room number, you DO NOT EVER call the hotel front desk, ask for the room number, and then use the SPs work name with the front desk clerk. EVER. Not fucking cool, and consider yourself lucky that I opted to not take the call and verbally lose my shit on you. My only regret is that I now don't know who tried this BS, because I will never be booking with someone so clueless again.

Wow that is pretty dumb of him ... sorry you had to through that shit.
Thank you. To make matters worse, I was about to drift off into a lovely afternoon nap. Rude.

And no. I don't think this was another SP. The only people who know which hotel and room I'm in are clients or Lady Kay, who I know would not waste her time doing that.

you don't think some male pimp (or boyfriend) made a fake booking for an appointment, then pulled this? because i can't imagine an honest client ever pulling a stunt like this

There's a lot of times in life where honesty and idiocy go hand in hand.

I am gonna side with Cameron on this one. The Pooner sounds like he was out to lunch with no boundaries.

I am still scratching my head wondering how she is going to "pre screen the clueless ones" for her next tour?

:p

Also, any SP who thinks I might be taking her clients away during my four day tour would not be getting business in the first place. Busy SPs don't have the time to worry about it, check the boards for my ads, or plans something so elaborate. Why not just call the hotel and say "hey, there's an escort working from there in room ____"?

Pretty much. That's a stupid amount of effort to go through -- pre-booking, confirming, etc just to be like "muahahahah she's screwed now!"

I mean there's a small chance of it but I highly doubt that your spidey scences wouldn't have gone off beforehand.

That totally sucks!

Just a suggestion, don't give your hotel info until an hour or so before the appointment and don't give the room number until the client has arrived..a few minutes before the appointment.

They do unfortunately. I once had a client forget which apartment # I was in, so he proceeded to find my building manager & ask to use her phone so that he could call me to ask what my apartment number was again . I was totally flabbergasted.

Another time, hotel staff stopped a client they thought looked suspicious from going up the elevator to see me & he proceeded to tell them that he had a meeting with me (didn't use my name thank god) but he told them what room number I was in & then the front desk called my room to ask me if I was expecting any visitors . I had to tell them that I wasn't & that he must have got the room number confused with someone else.

^ same here. I had something almost identical happen at my old incall with the building managers. It wasn't a pimp or a competing girl or anything like that.

I say it was f******stupid of him.

But then there is the other side.. girl that viste clients in hotel.. They need to know their real name.. and room number just in case they are asked who they are seeing... and conferming apointments. before.. they all so havr to phone through ths front desk.. just to make sure that person is staying there.

As for guys seeing someone in a hotel.. How would you like them to hanble it. if they are stoped and asked who they are seeing..

It helps if the hotel has a restaurant on the top floor.. then we can say were just going to the restaurants.....
Other wise we wont make it through . with anyother answer... .

With a regular we usually know there real name .. that helps.

I dunno. My impression is that there are a lot of dumb and clueless people out there, and it is highly likely that on occasion one or two of them will try booking a SP. Honesty is not necessarily correlated with intelligence.

Maybe some instruction should be given as to what clients should do if they lose the room number or get stopped and questioned. I know. Shouldn't be needed, but anticipating the unanticipated sometimes avoids unnecessary situations such as this.

It should be common sense not to do that, but you know what they say about common sense... I once read on an SP's website (can't remember whose) something that went along the lines of "when you arrive at my incall and buzz me, please be discrete and don't use my professional name." All I could think of when I read that was that for her to feel she had to say that, it means that at one point she probably had a client who was foolish enough to hang out at the front door to her building spouting her pro name.
