Bad experience today. Booked a session at 12:30. At 11:30 she texted me that she couldn't make it because she didn't sleep enough. After discussion we moved the session to 2pm.
I drove 30 mins to maple ridge at 2pm but she didn't respond to my text any more. I called her several times. I knew she knew I was calling her, because for couple times her phone was in another call. But she refuse to answer my call.
Then I texted her: "We can cancel the service if you are too sleepy, but at least let me see you. I drove 30 mins here. Let me see you so I can decide whether to book another session."
Still no response. I had to head back home, feeling very bad. Her phone was silent for a whole day. No explanation, no apologize, like nothing happened.
Couldn't understand. Can you just play dead to a client who wasted more than one hour for you?
