Our Local LE has enough on their plate and the jails are overcrowded as it is without adding all this to the equation, I’m pretty sure they do keep an eye these operations but getting locked up as a local pooner is unlikely.
Seems we are pretty lucky here.

OK, so let me see if I have this right. Under the law it's OK to have sex with a stranger and get paid for it if it's filmed i.e. making porn movies. But if you're paid for it and it's not filmed (i.e. as an escort) then that's illegal. There's some logic in there but give me a minute......
So the solution is that everyone participates in low budget restricted distribution movies.....
