Is it illegal to talk about specific sexual acts with an SP?

Any chance you can name names so that they don't get away with making the same claim to other perbites?
Sorry, this was a few years ago and I don’t have their names anymore. I was unaware of this board at that time and some SPs were saying that they couldn’t discuss details on the phone because it was illegal so I had a tough time getting into much detail. Eg of phone conversation:
ME: can you deep throat?
SP: you won’t be disappointed with my oral skills.
ME: but are you certain that you can deep throat?
SP: trust me honey, I’m very good at what I do but it is illegal to discuss details over the phone.
I am not a lawyer but I don’t think it is illegal to discuss details and even if it were, I am not aware of any case where somebody was arrested for talking about it on the phone. If the police wants to arrest SPs and clients they can just visit one of the many locations in town; they don’t have to waste their time intercepting phone lines.
I believe that the reason SPs don’t want to get into much detail is because guys will treat the conversation as a free sex phone service. I absolutely sympathize with SPs that have this concern; however, they lose legitimate clients that are looking for a specific service. It’s a fine balance.
Interestingly enough, I’ve encountered the same problem when I visited a massage parlor and the girls wouldn’t get into details unless they were paid first. By then it was too late to find out that they couldn’t perform deep throat. Their reason was the same; it is illegal, however somehow it became legal after receiving the money. Can anybody explain?
