BUT here is an exercise in physcology.

Name your favorite body of water. Describe it with three adjectives and write it down with the name of the body of water.

Picture that you are being submerged into the ocean in a large glass bubble where you can see 360 degrees around you. How are you feeling? Three adjectives. Wrtite it down.

Now picture you walk into a room. Its white on the walls and on the floor and very plain. The only thing you see and there is in the room is a large white light coming from a gaping hole in the floor. You see this. List and write down three adjectives how you feel looking at this hole. Write it down.

I will tell you the three things it correlates to....its spooky.
