I guess the all star game is over ... it was so quiet around here this afternoon, that I had to take a nap ... imagine what it was like at IB or SU...one could have had a party ....

I must say that I am surprised with the offer of a refund cause I already written that $40 off. Thank you Vickie I accept your offer and have regain some respect for S.U. Could I use this offer for a discount toward visiting Malaya in the future? I do like to point out that I had based my visit To Victoria around your scheduel for the ladies,so I was very dis-pleased when I traveled to Victoria and foud she (Malaya) was not working on that day when she was supposed to be. If I may I would also like to suggest a better descreet location for incall. Thanks!

I have only issued one complaint Desertdog when I made my first post. She responded with a refund and an apolgy and I accepted it. Where is the vindictivness in that??? Also if I may ask what is the problem with posting a complaint on this board?

I think Dogface Charlie made his points and was hesitant about with SU and for good reason. Desertdog: Why rip into him about stating that he accepted the apology and his nice suggestion for a better location????? He wasn't being aggressive or continuing to put SU down. I thought this board was for reviews. Why would anyone post a review if they face getting flack from a member. This board does not have enough reviews. We should be encouraging everyone to speak of their experiences.

I agree with desertdog. His complaints were addressed & a just resolution was proposed. He then responded with more complaints. He gave credence to the old adage "No good deed goes unpunished.

I'll always support someone's right to post a complaint. We all benefit, especially when we get a chance to observe how/whether it's fairly resolved. Speaking as one whose fair & just complaints were deleted, that's one alternative I hope to see less of.

It's my wish we don't see negative reviews get a bad name. It's an opportunity for problem solving & great customer service skills. And when they are sincerely addressed, it's time for forgiveness. Of course, some customers will never be pleased no matter what. But the majority want a just & fair resolution to their problems.

so sorry that being a new member and posting my first review is not up to your standards Desert Dog. One would think that you would have something better too do with you time then post a negative review about anothers negative review. I called it like I seen it at the time and put it behind me why don't you do the same and stop looking for a cyber fight and get a life! BTW I already made amends with Vikki through e-mail
