I agree with desertdog. His complaints were addressed & a just resolution was proposed. He then responded with more complaints. He gave credence to the old adage "No good deed goes unpunished.
I'll always support someone's right to post a complaint. We all benefit, especially when we get a chance to observe how/whether it's fairly resolved. Speaking as one whose fair & just complaints were deleted, that's one alternative I hope to see less of.
It's my wish we don't see negative reviews get a bad name. It's an opportunity for problem solving & great customer service skills. And when they are sincerely addressed, it's time for forgiveness. Of course, some customers will never be pleased no matter what. But the majority want a just & fair resolution to their problems.
