How come our spanky new Black Hawk helicopter doesn’t look as intimidating as the military units? Did we pimp the ride a bit too much? I was hoping they’d put fear of god into traffickers and terrorists.

Anyone else getting way more spam calls and emails recently? I don’t wear a tinfoil hat, but I am not answering the phone any more if you’re not in my contacts.

Heard some really nasty identity theft incidents lately—your name and someone else’s picture on a DL and passport. Bank accounts gutted.

I want more effective security measures from the institutions that hold our personal data. In the meantime, will set up 2-factor auth for freaking everything, and facial recognition for buying beer or toilet paper.

Personally I let my paranoia chip run pretty hot starting a couple years ago. Its white hot now with all the AI shit happening.

I see over 50 inbound email scam/spam/phish etc every day when I open mine and the info folder. No longer Nigerian princes or scammers telling me I need hard on pills either. Texts although it seems the Android spam filter seems to catch most and calls - if its unknown or an obvious foreign call or a call from the same general set of digits as my cell, it gets an ignore.

One things is sure my email filters and whatever is on my phone, are really full of rules.

Oh good, then we can trade up in a few years. Or just get more if they work out and help stem illegal cross-border problems.

I still think they should fill the border ditches with sharks that have laser beams mounted on their heads.
