Absolutely agree! I try to go to at least one of these a month, and each time I am surprised by the calibre of food, hospitality and knowledge. Many of the chefs actually forage all their own ingredients, so you can get some really interesting items that aren't readily available anywhere else. And the passion they have for cooking really comes out in the flavours, presentation and creativity.
