It's a site that operates off of skimming/stealing ad copies from real advertisement postings, meaning they make a replica of an actual ad in whatever space & time. It's one of the many annoying sites that does this repeatedly even if you send them a DMCA. Some of these stolen ads provide plainly inaccurate or outdated information as well.
